At Tercos Financial, our service is very much based around what’s best for you, not us. You see, financial advice is our specialist subject and we pride ourselves in providing a personal service that is totally tailored to your needs.
The team is made up of myself, Chris Pinkney and my wife, Karen who provides valuable support in the smooth operation of the Tercos Financial business.
Having over 30 years in the Financial Services Industry we relocated home to Cleethorpes in May 2011 and opened up our office in Grimsby having previously been in Croydon since Nov 1999.
Despite relocating we're still looking to service and expand our client base in London and Croydon.
Specialties: We specialise in Equity Release, Mortgages, Protection (life cover critical illness income protection).
As specialists in later life lending we advise on Equity Release through Lifetime Mortgages and Retirement Interest Only mortgages, after a thorough analysis of your situation, we make a specific recommendation tailored to your circumstances and requirements.
Whilst we are small enough to provide that “personal touch”, as we are members of HL Partnership a specialist Mortgage and Protection network, you can expect great support and expertise that this relationship brings.

Hi, I have been in financial services over 30 years and proudly independent of any lender or product provider, working for you to find the optimum solution to your needs. I strive to give personal bespoke advice and make your life as easy as possible when buying or selling property, protecting your financial security or releasing equity from your property in later life. Born in Cleethorpes my wife Karen and I moved back in 2011 after starting Tercos Financial in Croydon, born out of a previous venture. I have clients in London and the South East as well as the Humberside area and Lincolnshire, location being no barrier for me to be able to advise you. As an Appointed Representive of HL Partnership I can rely on them to provide the, regulatory, compliance, training and competency support I need to ensure I’m giving you the right advice for your individual needs. Outside of work my interests are varied from motorsport to music, I’m an old rocker and regularly attend concerts. I’m interested is all forms of aviation and Karen and I have two rescue dogs who regularly “help” us in the office.
